Ukiyo Studios Brings New Slate of Games to Gamescom 2024 For Their European Debut!

Melbourne, Australia 21st August 2024 - Ukiyo Studios, a Melbourne and Japan-based games marketing agency, is pleased to officially announce their full lineup of 19 games being showcased at Gamescom 2024.

Games from Queensland, Australia
​Hailing from the northern state of Queensland, Australia are 4 titles. Deliver mail and make friends in Catto's Post Office,and journey through life and decorate your room while experiencing charming narratives in Momento. Servonauts will have you play with friends to manage a gas station in space, while Len’s Island will test your ability to master combat, craft items, build and defend your homestead in its unforgiving open-world.

Games from Japan
​From Japan, the Ukiyo Studios booth will be showing two games by ASOBISM, Vivid World and ShapeHero Factory. Vivid World is a party-building roguelike where you’ll mix and match jeweled friends and items to create powerful combos. ShapeHero Factory spices things up by blending factory management, roguelite gameplay, and tower defense into one exciting package. In Preferred Networks’ Omega Crafter, you’ll explore a vast open world, team up with a handy sidekick, and craft gear to take on tough enemies. If puzzle games are more your style, CUBEN offers a mind-bending puzzle roguelite experience with plenty of challenges. Made by the main staff that worked on the series back in 2006, Wizadry: The Five Ordeals dives into classic 3D dungeon RPG fun, packed with scenarios and user-created content. DigDigDrill lets you dig deep, collect resources, and upgrade your drills in a hack-and-slash pixelated adventure. HEXADRIVE is also bringing two unique titles to the show with INFINITY BULLETS and Niraya of .. INFINITY BULLETS brings back that 90s arcade shoot 'em up vibe with a modern twist, while Niraya of .. combines Japanese horror with a unique system focused on avoiding attacks and solving puzzles. PALWORLD will also be shown in the Ukiyo Studios booth on Republic of Gamer’s brand new handheld console, the ROG ALLY X!

Games from Taiwan
​The Award winning Nine Sols by Red Candle Games is a hand-drawn 2D action-platformer with a rich story and combat inspired by Sekiro. You’ll explore a fantastical world once ruled by ancient aliens and embark on a quest to take down nine powerful bosses. Aeruta mixes action RPG fun with a bakery simulation. Collect ingredients from dungeons and use them to run a cozy bakery, all while enjoying adorable visuals and immersive gameplay. And for some classic racing thrills, check out Arcade Galaxy. Race against players worldwide, use cool skills like lightning strikes and super jumps, customize your avatar, and even design your own game modes.

Other Great Titles
​Last but definitely not least, we have games from the USA and Latvia! Blood Servants invites you to embrace sacrifice as you use a unique rebirth system to turn setbacks into power. Explore interconnected dungeons solo or with friends, unlocking new skills and areas while battling through a world of magic and madness. Mirthwood offers an enchanting open-world RPG Life Sim experience where you shape your own story with choices that impact both good and evil paths, thanks to its immersive morality system. Lastly, Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Ultimate is a thrilling side-scrolling beat 'em up with a fighting game edge, featuring cross-platform multiplayer, pixel art anime action, and all the characters from the previous "Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Overdrive."
