\u200bDeveloped by Alexandre Declos - Pas Game Studio, Horripilant is a mashup of incremental RPG mechanics and classic point-and-click adventure design. Descend through floor after floor of increasingly vicious creatures, crawling back to the surface when you’ve hit your limit. Between runs, spend time at camp to harvest materials and invest in upgrades, while also exploring musty hallways with ever more challenging puzzles, leading to new characters and mysteries.

Horripilant’s rich artwork and vivid descriptions unfasten the imagination, inviting you to peek into the recesses of every corner, calling back memories of classic PC games. The autobattler combat gives room to set your own pace, as you can either get drawn into clicking on weak points and picking boons or have those choices made for you, beefing up your stats even when you need to attend to something else.

Launching alongside Horripilant is the supporter DLC. For an additional $4.99 USD, players can create custom portraits for the game and explore additional graphics options, with 100% of DLC proceeds going to the developer.
