A Worldwide Lineup of Indies Comes to BitSummit PUNCH!

Ukiyo Studios Brings More Than 50 Games to Kyoto This Weekend

Melbourne, Australia (May 18, 2026) — Ukiyo Studios has teamed up with developers and publishers from around the world to bring 57 titles to this year’s BitSummit, Japan’s largest exhibition of indie games. Spread across 7 different booths from the likes of Critical Reflex, New Blood, tinyBuild, NZ CODE, Screen Australia, and Black Lantern Collective, we’ve gathered a diverse lineup of games for attendees to explore. We have everything from colorful platformers and arcadey racing games to moody mysteries and disturbing horror titles. Additionally, we’re building a number of attractions that you can’t find at home, including a shrine highlighting TANUKI: Pon’s Summer, Graveyard Keeper 2 demos played from inside of coffins, and the ability to play No, I’m not a Human with a real life door. See below to see a full list of what each booth has to offer.

Ukiyo Studios - Booth 1F-A13
Come by the Ukiyo Studios booth, grab a pair of headphones, and sink into the sounds of soft rain and lo-fi jazz as you enter a time traveling mystery in Rain98. Hit the slopes with fast-paced stylish snowboarding in HYPERyuki or take a more casual ride in Sledding Game and pick up some cute, froggy omomori. Descend into the abyss in the extraction RPG, VOID DIVER, and sample Mina the Hollower, the new adventure from Shovel Knight creators Yacht Club Games, before it releases later this month.

TANUKI returns to BitSummit with a full shrine dedicated to the lovable, trick-loving postal worker. The No, I’m not a Human experience from Tokyo Game Show and PAX East will also be on the show floor, allowing you to play the game with a real door and look through the peephole to determine who’s human and who’s a visitor. Inkblood and Cucina Stellata delve into macabre mysteries, and for action fans, we have two Metroidvanias in the forms of Altered Alma and Being & Becoming.
